BBQ Ribs Recipe

Whether you use a pressure cooker or a crockpot, this simple bbq ribs recipe will fall off the bone.

3 to 5 pounds of country style ribs
2 cups of Homemade Beef Broth or 1 can beef broth
1 1/2 cup of bbq sauce (if using store bought, KC Masterpiece is best.)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cloves of garlic

Put all ingredients into a pressure cooker or crockpot, reserving 1/2 cup of bbq sauce for later.

If using a pressure cooker, seal and bring up to pressure over medium high heat (it will start hissing). Turn the heat down to medium low and cook for 1 hour.

If using a crockpot, cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

Carefully remove meat (it will try to fall apart) and allow to cool. Brush with remaining sauce and continue cooking on LOW on the grill or on a grillpan just until you see those beautiful grill marks.

I hope you enjoy this country ribs recipe!
