BBQ Ribs Recipe

Whether you use a pressure cooker or a crock pot, this simple BBQ ribs recipe will fall off the bone.

This is a great recipe to have when the weather is still to cold to cook out but you are longing for warm weather. It's also great when you want BBQ ribs but don't have the time to put into making them on the grill.

BBQ Ribs

Here's what you are going to need:

3 to 5 pounds of country style ribs
2 cups of Homemade Beef Broth or 1 can beef broth
1 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce (if using store bought, I like KC Masterpiece the best.)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cloves of garlic

Here's what you need to do:

Put all ingredients into a pressure cooker or crock pot, reserving 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce for later.

If using a pressure cooker, seal and bring up to pressure over medium high heat (it will start hissing). Turn the heat down to medium low and cook for 1 hour.

If using a crock pot, cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

Carefully remove meat (it will try to fall apart) and allow to cool. Brush with remaining sauce and continue cooking on LOW on the grill or on a grill pan just until you see those beautiful grill marks.

I hope you enjoy this country ribs recipe!
