First, make a rue sauce with butter;flour;milk. stir occationaly. Add parsley when rue sauce is complete. Place the amount of big boneless chicken breast in cooking dish. Place crabmeat;riccotta cheese;asparagus on top of chicken. Marinate chicken with rue sauce until chicken is cooked thoroughly which usually takes about one hour, and ten minutes. The family will love it!!!
