yield : 1 medium ham (12-14 pounds)
baking/cooking time : 1 1/2 - 2 hours

ingredients
•1 medium whole ham (12 to 14 pounds), precooked variety
•1 pound of Dixie® Light or Dark Brown Sugar
•1 can of pineapples
•1/4 cup of Italian dressing
For the seasoning rub:

•1/4 cup of Dixie® Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
•1/4 cup of Dixie® Light or Dark Brown Sugar
•1 teaspoon of powder cloves
•1 tablespoon of honey

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450° F.

1.Place ham, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan large enough to comfortably hold the ham.
2.Mix the ingredients for the seasoning rub and set aside.
3.Combine all of the ingredients and the seasoning rub except the pineapples in a saucepan over low heat and stir until sugar has dissolved. Then, pour over the ham.
4.Bake the ham in the middle of the preheated oven basting ham every half hour until done or until the meat can easily be pierced with a long pronged meat fork. Cover with a loose tent of foil, if needed, to prevent over browning.
5.Garnish with greenery and pineapples if desired
