Crockpot Chicken And Rice

chicken and rice

The prep time on this crockpot chicken and rice recipe is less than 10 minutes but when it's done it will taste like you spent hours on it.

5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 cup white rice, uncooked

Put all of the ingredients except the chicken into a crockpot. Stir well, add the chicken breast, push down into the soup mixture to make sure that it is coated well. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until rice is done.

Throw everything in the crockpot at lunchtime, and enjoy this crock pot chicken and rice recipe for supper. This is an easy chicken and rice recipe that anyone can make.

* Note: If you need to leave the crockpot on for 8 hours, you can cook it on low for 8 hours without the rice and then when you get home, cook the rice seperately and just add it to the pot.
