Crockpot Chicken And Rice



The prep time on this crock pot chicken and rice recipe is less than 10 minutes but when it's done it will taste like you spent hours on it.



If you need to leave the crock pot on for 8 hours, you can cook it on low for 8 hours without the rice and then when you get home, cook the rice separately and just add it to the pot.

Here's what you'll need:


5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 cup white rice, uncooked


Here's what you need to do:


Put all of the ingredients except the chicken into a crockpot. Stir well, add the chicken breast, push down into the soup mixture to make sure that it is coated well. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until rice is done.

Throw everything in the crock pot at lunchtime, and enjoy this crock pot chicken and rice recipe for supper. This is an easy chicken and rice recipe that anyone can make.
