Dear Mama, I forgot...........


For the substitute for the crab cake, I am going to use shrimp, should I pre cook the shrimp? How many pounds do you think I will need and the same seasonings? Thank you so much, you are super and very helpful!!!!


Since I've not tried it with anything other than crab meat, I'm gonna take a guess here and say to use about 1/2 pound of shrimp. Cook it just until it turns pink and dice it up and add it to the stuffing. Let me know how it turns out!
