Easy Rice Recipe


Mushroom Rice


If you're looking for an easy rice recipe that will go with beef, chicken or pork, this mushroom rice is perfect and is oh so good!



The beef consomme is what turns plain white rice into a delicious beefy flavored brown rice.

Here's what you'll need:

1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (14 1/2 ounce) beef consomme
1 can (4 ounce) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup of white rice, uncooked
1/4 cup of butter, melted

Here's what you'll need to do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.



In a medium size bowl, combine the mushroom soup and beef consomme. Mix well.



Add the uncooked rice, mushrooms and melted butter.



Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.



Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Fluff with a fork. Enjoy your mushrooms with rice!
