my biscuits were flat lol maybe i didn't knead the dough enough but they still was good.. the gravy... was delicious...just like grandma's.. im trying other recipes from you.. so far grrrrrrrrreat

I'm glad the gravy turned out well. You don't want to knead your dough too long or your biscuits will be tough. Make sure that you use self-rising flour. If you use regular all-purpose flour, you will need to add baking powder in order for them to rise.
