No - we are not really from the south - only wannabes. Although I have said that I must have been from there if there is such a thing as a previous life. I just seem to identify with it - and it is by far my favorite way to cook. This "biscuits and gravy", recipe is wonderful. It is one of our (my family) favorite dishes, and this is a really good recipe. It is one of those dishes in our house that is considered a treat. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe. It is in my favorite file! And my daughter (who really isn't in to cooking yet - like I am )- loves to make this one. That really says alot!

I just purchased your cookbook and I want to make the Shephard's Pie. I don't see a temperature to set the oven to. Can you tell me what temperature
