How do I marinade corned beef?

If you bought a "corned beef", it's already seasoned and you are good to go.

If not, here's a wonderful corned beef marinade
1/2 cup salt
2 tablespoons sugar
10 peppercorns
1 tablespoon pickling spices
2 quarts water
2 bay leaves
1 large boneless beef roast
2 clove garlic , minced

Place the brisket in a large container that is not made of metals. A Plastic or glass container works best.

Combine all of the marinade ingredients and pour over the brisket. Cover and refrigerate for a least 2 days.

Discard the liquid.

Cook according to your favorite recipe.
