Grilled Mustard Marinated Chicken Wings

I was looking for a marinated chicken wings recipe that would be a little different so I took the best of several recipes and came up with this. It's a keeper!

Here's what you are going to need:

3 lbs chicken wings, separated at the joints, discard the tips
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 (gallon size) freezer bag

Here's what you need to do:

Seal the bag and, using your hands, squish the bag to combine all of the ingredients.

Add the wings.

Remove as much air as you can from the bag and seal.

Distribute the wings evenly throughout the bag. Refrigerate at least 45 minutes. I marinated these for 2 hours.

Grill over low to medium low heat so that they don't burn until done and the juices run clear.
