Chocolate Mayonaise CakeNow before you start saying yuk, hear me out. Mayonaise cake is quite possibly the best chocolate cake recipe you'll ever try. It makes the most moist cake you've ever put your lips around! My Mama used to make this mayonnaise cake all the time when I was growing up. She would frost it with peanut butter icing. That and a big 'ol glass of cold milk and you'd think you were in heaven!

Pour into the 9 x 13 baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Check by inserting a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is done. If not, bake another 5 to 10 minutes or until done.
Frost with Whipped Peanut Butter Icing or your favorite Chocolate Cake Icing. I'm sure once you try this chocolate cake recipe, you'll never use another recipe for chocolate cake!
