outback bread recipe

how do you make this bread without a bread machine? Thank you.

I've never made it without using a bread machine so I did a little research and here's what I discovered:

Combine the liquids. If using Active Dry Yeast, add to liquids. If using Instant Dry Yeast, add to dry.

Combine your dry ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Add wet to dry, mix.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix well.

Now you need to do what is called an "autolyse" where you are going to cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow it to sit and rest for 20 to 30 minutes.

Once rested, knead the dough until smooth and elastic - 15 to 20 minutes. Add as little flour as possible to keep dough from sticking to your kneading surface.

Place dough into a greased bowl and turn the dough so that it greased all over. Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise until double. About 1 hour.

At this point, just follow the directions in the recipe from the point where you turn it out of the machine onto a lightly floured surface.

Now, to be honest, I have never tried this but it should work fine.
