Whipped Peanut Butter Icing



If you've been looking for a light and fluffy peanut butter icing recipe that's perfect for your chocolate cake, try this chocolate cake icing! It's a light and not too sweet peanut butter frosting that goes great with chocolate mayonise cake!


Light And Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting:

1/2 cup of butter, room temperature
1 cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
2 cups of Confectioners Sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
5 tablespoons of heavy cream (if you don't have heavy cream you can substitute milk)

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and peanut butter until smooth.

Gradually add the vanilla, powdered sugar. Add the cream, on tablespoon at a time until it reaches the desired consisitency. peanut butter icing

Beat at least 3 minutes until it is light and fluffy!

Make sure your cake is completely cooled before you frost it!
