Pumpkin Pancakes with Maple Whipped Cream

O-M-G! I didn't change a thing! The recipe is great just like it is. They are THE BEST pancakes I have ever eaten and the pictures make everything so easy. I knew just what it was supposed to look like through the whole process. I can't tell you how much I love your cookbook. Thank you so much! I can't wait to try some of the other recipes.
