Recipe For Cake Mix CookiesThis recipe for cake mix cookies has got to be the easiest most moist cookies you can make.All you need is a box of cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and your imagination. In the cake mix cookie recipe pictured below I used a lemon cake mix, added 1 cup of coconut and 1 cup of chopped dried cherries. YUM!

Here's what you need to do:
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Drop cookie dough by tablespoonful onto cookie sheet and bake for 13 to 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy! This is one easy cookie recipe that you can have a lot of fun with!
I made these using a devil's food cake mix and added 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal and rolled them in powdered sugar!
