chocolate white chocolate chip cookies

This recipe for chocolate cookies is like a thin chewy brownie with white chocolate chips and walnuts. It's so soft and moist...you can't eat just one!

Here's what you'll need:

2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of butter, softened
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 (4-ounce) package of instant chocolate pudding
2 eggs
1 (12-ounce) package of white chocolate chips
1 cup of walnuts, chopped

Here's what you need to do:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, sugar and pudding mix.

Add the cocoa powder and vanilla. Mix well.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.

Gradually add the flour mixture. Mix well.

Add the white chocolate chips and walnuts.

Mix well.

Drop by rounded spoonfuls on to ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

You're gonna love these chocolate white chocolate chip cookies!
