tasty but not for beginners
So , yeah, never cook much and especially never made gravy. Some recipes should really be aimed at a 5 year old, using exceedingly over-detailed and specific instructions. While I eventually got it right, sometimes cooking requires such subtlety that whatever I make is a complete travesty despite following the letter of the rules.
This one worked out, thankfully, but "brown the flour" was a vague step overall.

I just purchased your cookbook and I want to make the Shephard's Pie. I don't see a temperature to set the oven to. Can you tell me what temperature
