As a misplaced southern girl (my grandaddy called me a damn yankee)I never learned the skills of my grandmothers' kitchens before they passed. I've tried on my own to get close without luck. THANK you for sharing!! I just made it and can't stay out of the pan it is so good. I had to add lib with the flour as I only had all purpose but the biscuits still came out good. Can't wait to try them with the right flour. LOVE IT! *** Now,if I can nail chicken and dumplings, my life is complete!
