Can't Decide Whats for dinner?

I made some Panko Crusted Shrimp one night for dinner and had some leftover so I decided to try making some Shrimp Parmesan. I had some spaghetti sauce in the freezer that I didn't put any ground beef in, so I thawed that out to use. If you don't have any homemade sauce, you can use your favorite sauce in a jar. All you have to do is cook some pasta (I used spaghetti) according to the package directions, heat your sauce and mix some in with the sauce, put it in a glass baking dish, arrange your shrimp and sprinkle with some Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. Since everything is already cooked, all you have to do is pop it in a 350° oven just long enough to melt the cheese. This was wonderful!

Nothing says "Southern Cooking" like Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans and biscuits.

When I can't decide what's for dinner until the last minute, I like to fix some of these crab cakes. They make great appetizers too! I always keep a couple of cans of lump white crab meat in the pantry just in case. These are great served with a loaded baked potato too.

Here's an Easy Chicken and Dumplings that is full of flavor and a complete one pot meal!

For this Grilled Pizza,I tossed some green and red bell peppers, onions and mushrooms in a little olive oil and roasted them on a baking sheet at 400° F. for 20 minutes before using them to top the pizza. I also finished it under the broiler for a few minutes to brown the top.

I found several recipes while looking for a grilled wings recipe that would be something a little different. I couldn't find one that I really liked so I took the best of several recipes that I found and made this Grilled Marinated Chicken Wing Recipe, I served it with some Au Gratin Foil Packet Potatoes and broccoli that I also cooked in a foil packet right on the grill so cleanup was a breeze!

These Chicken Croquettes may take a little time to make but the taste makes them well worth it! They're great served with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
