As for the graham cracker crumbs...it really depends upon which recipe you are talking about. For most recipes though, you could just use crushed vanilla wafers.
As for the biscuits, you should be able to keep them for a few days. If it looks like you are not going to be able to eat them all in a few days, you can pop them in the freezer but the best thing to do would be to just cut the recipe in half because fresh biscuits always taste the best.
