Bread

Is there a way that i can make the bread recipe without having a electronic mixer or a bread maker, just by hand but not too difficult? I mean, they didn't have those 100 years ago right? Please advise! Thanks!

Let me start off by saying that I am not the most experienced of bread bakers :-). That being said, I have found a wonderful website that has taught me quite a bit about making bread. It's called The Fresh Loaf. Here is a link to some bread baking lessons for beginners: Bread Baking 101. I think you will find it extremely helpful and easy to understand.
