Cheese Balls Recipe

You've not tried a cheese balls recipe until you've tried one with bacon!

This is a great appetizer for your next holiday party. Surround it with your favorite crackers and your guests will be digging in and begging you for the recipe!


Here's what you'll need:

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
hot sauce (to taste)
8 ounces (2 cups) Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup crumbled crisply cooked bacon
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
A variety of Crackers

Here's what you need to do:

Beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in large bowl until smooth. Stir in cheese, bacon and green onions. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Form cheese mixture into a cheese ball and roll in pecans to coat. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Serve with crackers.
