Found this recipe about a year ago and have used it a number of times. Went to school at UNCW and always loved the Biscuits and Gravy from a little place across the street. This reminds me of the way they used to serve it. The one thing I learned the hard way is that you really need to use a cast iron skillet when making this to really bring out the flavors. Thank You!
