My usual complaints when I get biscuits and gravy in a restaurant is that it is too bland and/or doesn't have enough sausage. Neither of those things are a problem with this recipe! I used the Hot version of Tennessee Pride and whole milk (with the cream still in it) from a local dairy, and wouldn't change a thing. With one egg over easy on top and a little hot sauce, it made a great dinner!
