I was trying to figure out what to make the wife one morning for breakfast before she got up. Came across this recipe and decided to try. Didn't have any selfrising flour or buttermilk so I looked up those recipes and made the flour and buttermilk. Biscuits turned out great and instead of sausage gravy I made the chocolate gravy and put that on there. I thought it would be weird but it was a great combination. I also made biscuits the next week and put in the bbq'd pulled pork we made. That was great too.

This recipe came to me one afternoon while my little ones were napping. I opened the pantry door and stood there brainstorming. Looking over my shelves
