Broccoli and Egg Noodles Recipe
With just a hint of cheese, this broccoli and egg noodles recipe is a delicious light side dish that will go great with chicken, beef , pork or even fish!
Here's what you are going to need:
5 cups of chicken broth
4 cups of egg noodles, uncooked
4 cups of frozen broccoli florets
1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 cup of Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese (or your favorite shredded cheese)
Here's what you need to do:
Bring the chicken broth to a boil in medium pot.
Add the uncooked egg noodles and frozen broccoli to the broth. Return to a boil and cook about 5 minutes.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the egg noodles and broccoli to the skillet and toss with the butter.
Add the garlic, salt and pepper. Toss.
Add the cheese.
Toss and Enjoy!
