Tried and True Recipes From Mamas Kitchen

I've been listening to my website visitors over the past couple of years and it seems that the one thing that people enjoy most about my website, besides the down home recipes, are the pictures. People want to know not only that it tastes good but what it is supposed to look like every step of the way. That is why I created this cookbook.

Really good down home recipes are becoming harder and harder to find. There are lots of internet sites and cookbooks out there that claim to have fantastic recipes but how do you know if the recipes really are any good? Sometimes you wonder if the people posting them have ever even tried them. I know that I've tried quite a few that claim to be “great” recipes and found that once I made them, they were so bad that I literally wouldn't feed them to my dog. So, I have come up with this collection of recipes. Some that I have created, some that I have found and tweaked and some that I was just Blessed with.
