The milk to flour ratio was perfect , I used the Tennessee Pride hot sausage . While it was good , it still didn't have the flavor I was looking for . I'll try the T.P regular next time , but I doubt if that will change much . I will definitely use this recipe again , I'll just have to continue the hunt for the right sausage . Bottom line , good recipe and thanks for sharing it .
