I work for a franchise company in Canada where we have a set menu but I am also allowed to offer a little bit of change so lately for breakfast I have been doing biscuits and gravy and it has gone over great using your southern county gravy recipie I've also added two 1/4 tsp of hot sauce to the gravy to heat it up a little and my customers love it
