It was amazing!
I'm Canadian, and tried biscuits and gravy for the first time in Wyoming a few years ago and fell in love with them! I've never found them in any restaurant in Canada, and we moved to New Zealand about a year ago and certainly can't order them in any restaurants here. I was really craving some delicious comfort food during our wet, rainy season and decided to try my hand at making Biscuits and Gravy myself! (My colleagues all thought I was crazy because here "biscuits" are cookies.. hee hee.. )
ANYWAYS... I found this recipe online and decided to go for it. Never having made any kind of biscuit/scone before I didn't think it would turn out at all.. BUT IT DID! The recipe was easy to follow and we had AWESOME homemade biscuits and gravy! Thank you so much for posting this recipe, I've already shared it with a few friends! SO YUM!
