loaded sausage omelet

I used four eggs I added salt and pepper. I let my pan get hot and add pam spray and then throw in half a stick of butter, let it melt then I add my beaten eggs. Once the edges of the eggs get hard and the middle bubbles up I add my scrambled sausage with mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and any other kinds of items you would like to add. I let that all simmer on low heat and add my cheese once cheese begin to melt I then flip over my omelet and let cheese stick and then after about a minute on that side I flip over one the other side for another minute and then remove omelet from pan and serve with or without salsa its up to you. Enjoy
