Oven Barbecued Chicken

This is one lip smackin' finger licken' oven barbecued chicken that will have everyone coming back for more! I like to use this recipe to make bbq chicken wings for parties, they are always a big hit!

4 pounds of chicken (any combination of pieces you want)
3 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of onion powder
5 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon of Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of water

Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.
Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with tin foil and spray the tin foil with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer in the baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the onion powder, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, brown mustard and balsamic vinegar. Stir well. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and water and add the saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring often until the mixture begins to thicken, about 10 minutes.

Pour over chicken. Cover with tim foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove tin foil and bake another 25 minutes.

Mama hopes you enjoy this oven bbq chicken recipe!
