Oven Fried Fish Recipe

Print Friendly and PDF

I used flavored croutons to make this great oven fried fish. I buy the great big bags at Sam's Club and have use them in all kinds of recipes.

If you are trying to lose a little weight or you just want something on the lighter side, this is a wonderful recipe. No one ever has to know that it's good for them.

Place the fillets in a small baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Spray the top with more non-stick spray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Run it under the broiler for a couple more minutes to crisp up the top.

I made a tartar sauce with 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 1 teaspoon of sweet pickle relish and a little lemon juice to serve with this fish but you don't have to, it has plenty of flavor without it.
