Oven Fried Pork Chops

In less than 30 minutes, you can have some moist and tender oven fried pork chops.

This is a great meal to have on a busy weeknight. It only takes a few minutes to prepare. While they're baking, why not make some rice to go with it? To a small saucepan, add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of chicken broth with 2 tablespoons of butter. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes (no peaking) and then fluff with a fork. Steam some broccoli and you've got a great tasting meal!
