Oven Fried Pork Chops
In less than 30 minutes, you can have some moist and tender oven fried pork chops.
This is a great meal to have on a busy weeknight. It only takes a few minutes to prepare. While they're baking, why not make some rice to go with it? To a small saucepan, add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of chicken broth with 2 tablespoons of butter. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes (no peaking) and then fluff with a fork. Steam some broccoli and you've got a great tasting meal!

Here's what your going to need: 4 pork chops, 1" thick 1/4 Texas Pete Hot Sauce 1 egg 1/2 cup of plain bread crumbs 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix Here's what you need to do: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a pie pan or shallow dish, beat together the egg and hot sauce. Set aside.
In another shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs and onion soup mix.
Dip the pork chops into the egg mixture.
Dredge in the bread crumb mixture turning to coat all sides.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
