Recipe For Oven Fried Chicken

Here's a recipe for oven fried chicken that's quick, easy and oh so flavorful!



If you are tired of making the same 'ol thing for dinner and are looking for something easy and a little different, this may be the just what you are looking for.

oven fried chicken


Here's what you're gonna need:


2/3 cup of Instant potatoes flakes
1/3 cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 cup of butter, melted
4 boneless, skinless breasts


Here's what you need to do:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.



Combine the first Instant potato flakes, parmesan cheese,garlic powder and Salad Dressing Mix in a dish.



Dip the chicken breasts in the melted butter.



Dredge in the potato flake mixture.



Place on a tin foil lined cookie sheet.



Bake 20 to 30 minutes depending upon how thick your chicken breast is. Finish it off under the broiler for a few minutes to get it a nice golden brown.
